RO Antiscalant

RO Antiscalant are used to keep the RO membranes from scaling and fouling. Mineral fouling such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, silica, barium sulphate, etc. can be found in scale. To break up sulphate precipitates, calcium carbonate, and other mineral fouling, antiscalant should be dosed prior to reaching the RO membranes. Because of its unrivalled efficacy in minimising membrane fouling, antiscalant is the recommended pretreatment technique for water systems. RO Antiscalant are used to treat very low quality feed water at extremely high recovery rates.
